After scheduling, we’ll send you a simple link by email. Just click it and run the small program, no complicated setup here. With your permission, we can securely connect to your computer and guide you over the phone while you follow along.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this service?
Not at all. We’ll walk you through everything step-by-step in plain language. If you can answer a phone call and click a link, you’re all set.

Is it safe to let someone connect to my computer?
Yes. We only connect with your permission, and you can see everything we’re doing the entire time. You’re always in control and can end the session whenever you’d like.

What kind of issues can be fixed remotely?
Many common problems can be handled without a visit, including slow computers, software issues, email problems, and more. If something requires in-home service, we’ll let you know right away.
