Computer Set-up
Unbox and set up your computer. We will take and dispose of the box if needed.
Create and/or sign you into all necessary accounts, password recovery is included!
Connect you to the internet and install all the software you will need to stay safe.
Uninstall all unnecessary programs that were packaged with your new computer so that it starts up and runs as fast as possible.
Configure your email accounts so that you can stay in contact with the world.
Connect to your printer and do a test print and scan to make sure it is connected.
Set up any additional user accounts and optimize your computer settings.
Transfer up to 200GB of data from another device or set up your cloud server transfer.
Extra services added to the computer set-up will incur additional service charges that will be discussed before being started.

Does it matter where I bought the device from?
Not at all, It does not even matter if it is a new device to you or not.
My computer is set up. Now what?
Don't worry, we will teach you the basics of using your new computer.
What should I do with my old computer?
We can recycle it for you for $40. Feel secure knowing that your data will be fully destroyed, with a detailed report of the data wipe sent to your email.
What if I am moving and need to set up a computer again?
We offer that service for $120. It includes setting up the computer, connecting it to the internet, and reconnecting the printer and other devices.
What if I would like additional training?
We would love to provide additional training. Let's schedule a block of time, and we will help you become a master of what you want to learn. Training is $100 per hour. We have the patience of a saint and know that no question is a stupid question.
