This is a catch-all for everything that is not covered by our other services. Do you have some weird issue with your technology that no one else seems to be able to fix, we are here to help.
We also offer training for the new or old technology that you have, our technicians our very knowledgeable about how your devices work and how to make them work for you.
FAQ
What if there are multiple issues on different devices?
We want to make sure that the technology in your house or business is working correctly. Our technicians will assess the situation and if there is an added charge we will tell you beforehand.
I have a problem with my device and want training, can I lump those together?
Unfortunately, that would be two separate charges as the training does not include troubleshooting any devices. Both services can still be scheduled on the same day.
