I think my computer is infected with a virus. What should I do before my appointment?
Nothing, do not use the computer as it can cause further damage to your system. Also, do not turn the system off as this will make diagnosing the issue harder.
What if the viruses on my system are so bad I require an operating system re-install?
This would incur a different fee as it is considered a separate service that we provide. Please ask your technician for specific details and pricing.
