FAQ
What happens to my data after a transfer?
Your technician will ensure all of your data is safely on the correct device and removed from any devices used to transfer the data.
How much data is 100GB exactly?
100GB is equivalent to about 30,000 photos, 20,000 songs, or 100 videos. That is a lot of data!
What is Cloud Storage?
Cloud Storage is a mode of computer data storage in which digital data is stored on servers in off-site locations. The servers are maintained by a third-party provider who is responsible for hosting, managing, and securing data stored on its infrastructure.
Is Cloud Storage safe?
Yes, servers are located in limited access locations and the files stored on cloud servers are encrypted. This means that they are scrambled, which makes it far harder for cybercriminals to access them.
