  • Unbox and set up your TV and/or soundbar. We will take and dispose of the box if needed.

  • We will connect your TV to your network and perform any updates needed

  • We also set up streaming devices like Roku, Amazon Firestick, and Apple TV.

  • Download and install all your streaming apps

  • Configure your TV, soundbar or streaming device settings for the best viewing/listening experience

  • Show you how to use your TV or streaming devices and how to switch between any apps used

  • Soundbars can be mounted to the TV with the proper mounting hardware for an additional $20.

FAQ

What size TVs can you connect?
Our technicians run as one-man teams; therefore, we are only able to connect at 55 inches maximum.

What should I do if my media keeps buffering?
We can consult and offer a network upgrade to solve these issues.

What should I have ready before my appointment??
You should have all your login credentials for all of your streaming services ready to make the process smoother. Additional charges can occur if multiple passwords need to be reset.

Do you work on universal remotes?
At this time, we can program Harmony remotes for an additional fee.
